Are you ready for a challenge? Time to take your Pilates skills to the next level?
Kore Pilates will be hosting a series of workshops this winter, designed to take participants through an advanced series of movements on the Reformer. November 18th will be our first Advanced Reformer Series Workshop.
Students will gain a better understanding of how components of movement are elevated and continuously combined. We will review how the goals of stability, mobility, sequencing, balance, breath, and coordination are achieved.
Each workshop will begin with a quick warmup, followed by demonstration, teaching, and execution of several Advanced Pilates movements.
All workshops will keep in mind each student's body, their personal challenges and goals.
Elevate your Pilates Reformer experience this winter!
